The Halls are licenced for dancing until 12:00 midnight. We ask that you finish all music by 11:30 to allow time for clearing up.

Facilities

The Players Hall and Club Room both have their own kitchens which are equipped with fridges, cookers, kettles, small microwave ovens and hot water urns.

A heating cabinet suitable for keeping buffet food warm is available in the Players Hall.

The Players Hall is equipped with a commercial dishwasher but we would appreciate it if you would speak to either the Bookings Secretary or the Hall Manager before attempting to use it.

The Hope Room has a sink unit and a small hot water urn.

Cups, saucers and tea plates are available in both the Players Hall and the Club Room. Dinner plates, saucepans, cooking utensils, etc are not provided and need to be brought in by yourselves or your caterers. There are approximately 100 cups and saucers in the Players Hall and 50 in the Clubroom

If you need to use the fridges please notify us in advance so that we can arrange for them to be turned on so that they are cold when you wish to use them.

Additional facilities include projector screens in both the Players Hall and the Club Room and an upright piano. If you wish to use a digital projector please either supply your own or your may be able to hire one from the Parish Office.

A PA system using a MAJ Electronic PA 1000 with microphone, boom stand and new speakers provides top quality sound in the Players Hall. An induction loop for the hard of hearing is also available in the Players Hall. (The Club Room does not have any similar facilities.)

A lectern/music stand is also available from the Hall Manager.

A wheelchair is available in the Players Hall lobby and a ramp to allow disabled access to the patio from the Players Hall is also available. Please speak with the Hall Manager for further details.
